This website (bigtekk.in) is owned and operated by Bigtekk Technologies, with its registered office at Khewat No. 769/5, Sector 69, Near Genpact Tower, Gurugram, Haryana – 122018, India. Bigtekk.in sells electronic components to businesses, OEMs, EMS providers and research institutions. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, acting for a registered business entity, and authorised to transact on its behalf.

Product descriptions, datasheets, images, part numbers, lead times and prices are indicative. We rely on manufacturer-published data and don't warrant it is accurate or current. Stock levels can change between browsing and order confirmation. Prices are in INR, exclusive of GST unless stated; GST (CGST + SGST or IGST, based on the delivery state) is added at checkout on the goods and on any delivery charge.

An order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we issue a written acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier. A GST invoice is issued for every order to the GSTIN provided at checkout and emailed to you once we confirm the order. Order totals are calculated from our current catalogue prices when the order is placed.

Payments are processed through HDFC Bank SmartGATEWAY, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform operated by HDFC Bank Limited. Where Cash on Delivery is offered at checkout, the full order value is payable to the carrier on delivery. Approved business accounts may apply for Net-30 terms. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Governed by Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk passes to the Customer on handover to the carrier (FOB Gurugram). Title passes on receipt of full payment in cleared funds.

Governed by Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. 7-working-day return window on unused, sealed, factory-packed components. Special-order, cut-tape, MOQ-exceeded, programmed, or MBB-opened semiconductor parts are non-returnable.

Every component is sourced from authorised channels or vetted independents and ships with a manufacturer Certificate of Compliance where available. Standard warranty: 90 days from delivery against counterfeit or dead-on-arrival parts, limited to replacement or refund at our discretion. We don't warrant fitness for any particular application — the Customer selects the right part.

Several components are regulated under India's SCOMET list and the US EAR / ITAR regimes. The Customer warrants it will not re-export or divert such parts to any restricted end-use, end-user or embargoed destination. We may refuse any order on export-compliance grounds without liability.

Site content, Bigtekk logo and our editorial product descriptions are our property or licensed to us. Manufacturer trademarks, part numbers and datasheets belong to their respective owners and are used nominatively. No scraping or republishing without written consent.

You will not use the site to transmit malware, scrape at a disruptive rate, impersonate another business, submit false GSTIN or tax details, place fraudulent orders, or infringe any applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify sales@bigtekk.in on any suspected compromise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bigtekk's total aggregate liability under or in connection with any order will not exceed the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of production, revenue or line-stoppage costs.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control — allocation shortages, factory shutdowns, customs holds, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics and acts of government.

For complaints, write to the Grievance Officer (see Grievance Redressal). Acknowledgement within 48 hours, resolution within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts and tribunals at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order placed on bigtekk.in.

We may update these Terms; the current version is always at bigtekk.in/terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
